According to some insight from SPORT1, Jean-Mattéo Bahoya is “increasingly complaining about a lack of playing time.”
The 20-year-old reportedly doesn’t want to be a rotation player and is said to be pushing for a bigger role at Eintracht Frankfurt.
So far, Bahoya has played just 694 minutes across all competitions under Dino Toppmöller, often introduced as a sub or replaced late on.
Should the talented French winger fail to get regular game time, the first transfer option is in England, where Arsenal are showing interest.
Sporting director Markus Krösche supposedly set a price tag of €80million for Bahoya, who joined for €8million from SCO Angers in 2024.
Should Arsenal or another interested party take the bait, the Hessen giants would earn themselves a tenfold profit.
Bahoya is under contract until 2029 and in the summer, an unnamed club from Saudi Arabia offered €70million which Frankfurt rejected.
