Union Berlin forward Taiwo Awoniyi is set to complete his switch to Nottingham Forest, according to reports from Germany.
Awoniyi missed the pre-season medical checks at Union earlier this week and was not in training yesterday either.
Nottingham are ready to activate the €20 million release clause in the Nigerian striker’s contract.
The 24-year-old scored 20 goals in 43 games for Union last season.
