Augsburg unveil two new signings

FC Augsburg have signed Finn Dahmen and Patric Pfeiffer from Mainz and Darmstadt, respectively.

FC Augsburg have officially announced the signings of Finn Dahmen and Patric Pfeiffer.


Dahmen joins Augsburg on a free transfer from Mainz 05 and has signed a contract until 2026 with an option for a further year.

The 25-year-old goalkeeper is expected to become Augsburg’s new number one following the departure of Rafal Gikiewicz.

Pfeiffer also joins the club as a free agent, with the 23-year-old central defender arriving from Darmstadt on a deal until 2027.
