Nuno Tavares could be used by Arsenal in a potential swap deal to bring West Ham’s Declan Rice to the Emirates this summer.
Rice has been heavily linked to Arsenal lately as the Gunners look to enhance their squad ahead of next season and according to Portuguese outlet Record, they could use Nuno Tavares in the deal to bring the Hammers captain to the club, with West Ham holding an interest in the Portuguese defender.
The Hammers, according to Sky Sports, value Rice at £120million despite the 24-year old having just one year left on his deal, so Tavares could be key in lowering the price of this deal.

Tavares has been out on loan with Marseille this season, making 38 appearances in all competitions helping the team to a Champions League qualifying spot as they finished 3rd in Ligue 1.
With Oleksandr Zinchenko and Jakub Kiwior now strong favourites of Mikel Arteta’s, the chances of Tavares returning to Arsenal and playing a part next season are unlikely, so this could definitely be a rumour to keep an eye on.
