Jürgen Klopp’s agent, Marc Kosicke, has effectively ruled his client out of the running for the vacant Germany coaching job.
According to reports, the German Football Association has been investigating the possibility of hiring Klopp as a replacement for the recently sacked Hansi Flick.
However, Kosicke has now ruled the Liverpool manager out of the running.
“Jürgen has a long-term contract with LFC and is not available for the national team job,” Kosicke told ARD.
Julian Nagelsmann, Matthias Sammer and Louis van Gaal are said to be among the candidates for the job.
