Adeyemi faces long spell on the sidelines

Karim Adeyemi will be sidelined for several weeks, Borussia Dortmund have confirmed.

Borussia Dortmund will be without Karim Adeyemi for a long time.

The Black and Yellows confirmed on Monday that the attacker has suffered a partial tear of the syndesmosis.

Adeyemi was forced off in Dortmund’s 1-1 draw with PSG last week and missed Saturday’s match against Augsburg.

The youngster has had a difficult season for Dortmund so far, scoring two goals and providing two assists in 18 appearances in all competitions.
