Kicker report that 19-year-old forward Adam Hložek will undergo a medical with Bayer Leverkusen on Friday.
Sparta Prague will receive a reported €22 million including bonuses plus a 30% sell-on clause for the Czech Republic international, who will sign a five-year contract until 2027 with Gerardo Seoane’s side.
Although no official confirmation between the two clubs regarding an agreement, per the report, all signs point to Hložek joining B04 given a medical is scheduled before Czech Republic’s National League game against Switzerland next week.
Hložek has scored 34 goals in 105 appearances for Sparta Prague and has been courted by both Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund this summer.
He will link up with international teammate Patrik Schick, who’s just signed a new contract until 2027.
