According to reports in France, Mathys Tel has agreed a new long-term contract with Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich and Mathys Tel have agreed on a long-term contract extension, according to French publications L’Equipe and Le Parisien.
According to the reports, Tel’s current contract, which runs until 2027, will be extended by two years until 2029.
Per L’Equipe, the club have told the 18-year-old that he’s seen as an important player for the future, with the Frenchman set to play a bigger role when Thomas Tuchel’s successor arrives in the summer.
Tel has made a total of 31 appearances this season, including five starts, scoring seven goals and providing four assists.
