Bayern Munich are again considering a move for Hoffenheim’s David Raum (24) following the departure of Omar Richards to Nottingham Forest and could take advantage of TSG’s interest in Chris Richards by using the US international as a makeweight in a potential deal, according to Kicker.
Hoffenheim want between €30m and €40m for Raum, who has four-years remaining on his current deal, which doesn’t include an exit clause. TSG are also very interested in signing Richards (22) for a third time and per the report, the American could be used as an offset in a move for Raum.
Raum has also attracted interest from Borussia Dortmund, but the Bundesliga side must sell one of Raphaël Guerreiro of Nico Schulz to fund a move for the German, whilst interest also comes from Newcastle United.
The Germany international played 32 games and assisted 13 from left-back in his maiden Bundesliga season after joining Hoffenheim on a free transfer last summer.
