As reported by Marca, Celta Vigo are close to completing the signing of Luca de la Torre.
The 24-year-old midfielder, born in San Diego, currently plays for Dutch side Heracles Almelo.
He made 36 appearances last season, scoring one goal and providing two assists. It was his second season with the club, where he had one year left on his contract.
Prior to that, he played six seasons at Fulham, joining the English side at the age of 16.
The player has agreed personal terms with the Galician club and the fee is set to be in the region of €2 million.
