FC Bayern München sporting director Christoph Freund has confirmed that – following Kingsley Coman’s recent injury news – the German giants are seeking to bring Spanish winger Bryan Zaragoza to Bavaria immediately.

French winger Kingsley Coman’s extended spell on the sidelines may mean an early arrival in Munich for Spanish winger Bryan Zaragoza. German record champions FC Bayern München signed the 22-year-old talent to a five-year-deal this past December, but he is not scheduled to suit up for the FCB until next season.
German transfer guru Florian Plettenberg first reported that the Bayern administrative team were considering bringing him in now earlier today. Asked about the prospect during the official media rollout of newly-signed fullback Sacha Boey at the Säbener Straße today, FCB sporting director Christoph Freund confirmed talks.
“We are in talks as to whether it would be possible for us to bring him in sooner,” Freund said, “but that always involves three parties. We are currently in the process of clarifying things.”
Freund’s words seemed to suggest that chances of Zaragoza joining the team were rather remote. One nevertheless assumes that the few million Euros needed to seal the deal wouldn’t be beyond the financial scope of Germany’s richest club.
