1. FC Union Berlin coach Nenad Bjelica has confirmed that Sheraldo Becker is about to leave the club.
According to reports, Union Berlin have agreed a deal with Real Sociedad for the 28-year-old.
And speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, Bjelica confirmed that Becker is heading for the exit door and will not be in the squad to face Mainz on Friday.
“The loss of any player is certainly not good, but when I analyze my first games as Union coach, Sheraldo didn’t play that much. Now we focus on the players we have. We hope that Sheraldo has good luck with his new club,” Bjelica told reporters.
