Jadon Sancho has rejoined Borussia Dortmund on loan from Manchester United, the club has announced.
Sancho left BVB in 2021 to join the Premier League side for €85m.
However, this season, Sancho has only featured in the opening three Premier League games for the Red Devils before being ostracised from the side due to a falling out with head coach Erik ten Hag.
Should Sancho be able to re-find his Dortmund form, it’s a deal that benefits all parties. As previously stated by Man Utd head coach Erik ten Hag, Sancho will not play a role at the club for as long as he is in charge at Old Trafford. This season, Sancho featured in the opening three Premier League games for the Red Devils before being ostracised from the side.
Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United have agreed on a six-month loan, which does not include a purchase option. BVB will also cover a percentage of Sancho’s salary, with the total package amounting to a reported €4m.
