Sebastian Kehl says Jadon Sancho’s “extraordinary qualities are well known” amid reports that Borussia Dortmund are in talks to bring the English attacker back on loan.

Borussia Dortmund sporting director Sebastian Kehl has commented on reports that the club are in talks with Manchester United over a loan move for Jadon Sancho.


“Given our situation and our clearly defined financial options, we are naturally looking at various options. We’re doing our homework, but we’re not getting carried away,” Kehl told Bild when asked about Sancho, who left BVB to join Manchester United in 2021.

“He has written a fantastic story at Borussia Dortmund and the contact has never been broken. His extraordinary qualities are well known. But I’m saying this as a matter of principle and not because I want to comment on any rumors.”

Sancho has scored 50 goals and provided 64 assists in 137 matches for Borussia Dortmund.
