Borussia Dortmund were hoping to complete the deal for Jadon Sancho in time for the player to arrive at their training camp on Friday, but there are still details to be negotiated with Manchester United, according to reports.

It was reported on Thursday that Borussia Dortmund were close to sealing the signing of Jadon Sancho on loan from Manchester United.

However, according to Sky Germany and Ruhr Nachrichten, there is still no full agreement between BVB and Man United, with the clubs still discussing the details of the loan deal.

In light of this, it seems unlikely that Sancho will join the team at their training camp in Spain today, with Ruhr Nachrichten even reporting that the player’s flight to Marbella has been cancelled by Dortmund.

It is also reported that Dortmund are unlikely to be able to secure a purchase option for Sancho, who they sold to Manchester United in 2021.
