Borussia Dortmund are actively working on a deal to sign Jadon Sancho.
That’s according to Sky Germany‘s Florian Plettenberg and Patrick Berger, who report that BVB are working on signing Sancho on loan for the remainder of the season. The Englishman is also open to a return to the Westfalenstadion, where he played between 2017 and 2021 before he joined Manchester United for €85m.
With limited playing time, Sancho has to leave Manchester United in January and the Premier League side are now working on a solution and are in talks with Dortmund officials.
Jadon Sancho’s Borussia Dortmund career
During his time at Borussia Dortmund, Sancho scored 50 and created 64 in 137 games across all competitions for Die Schwarzgelben. The Englishman became a fan favourite and although a return to Dortmund was unimaginable just a couple of days ago, reports suggest that Dortmund was to re-sign their former player.
It was also reported in October that Sancho was in “constant contact” with Edin Terzić.
