Beşiktaş are set to make an offer for Sevilla midfielder Óliver Torres, according to AS. The Sevilla player meets the profile that the Istanbul club is searching for: a midfielder who can also play as a 10.
Torres’ contract with Sevilla ends in June 2024 and the former Atlético Madrid player has played 20 games this season. The Black Eagles are without Alex Oxlade Chamberlain and the English midfielder has undergone surgery and will not be able to play for the rest of the season, with reports even suggesting that Beşiktaş could terminate his contract.
Fenerbahçe
Fenerbahçe are another Turkish side looking to La Liga and are expected to open talks with Atlético Madrid for defenders Çaglar Söyüncü and Stefan Savić this week. The club urgently need to sign a centre-back due to Becao’s injury and Djiku’s departure for the Africa Cup of Nations.
