Germany and West Ham defender Thilo Kehrer has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Bayern Munich.

According to Fusballtransfers, Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel is planning to hold talks with the 27-year-old in the near future in order to get an initial idea of his intentions and availability.

Given Kehrer’s limited opportunities for West Ham this season, the Premier League outfit would likely give the green light for a January transfer.

However, Bayern are far from the only interested parties, with Eintracht Frankfurt, Sevilla, AC Milan, AS Roma, Stade Rennes and OGC Nice also said to be monitoring the defender.

It’s no secret that Bayern are looking to strengthen at the back in January, having also been linked with the likes of Ronald Araujo (Barcelona), Takehiro Tomiyasu (Arsenal), Raphael Varane (Manchester United) and Lery Yoro (OSC Lille).
