Juventus are eager to maintain the services of star defender Gleison Bremer as they are inching towards an agreement regarding an extension of the fomer Torino defender.
TuttoMeractoWeb reports that the Bianconeri are imminent to extending Bremer’s contract by an additional year, which would mean that the Brazilian international’s deal with coach Max Allegri’s side would expire in the summer of 2028.
Since arriving from the Granata last season for a lucrative €47m transfer fee, Bremer has featured in a predominate role under Allegri in the back-line, making a total of 44 appearances across all competitions for the Turin-based club. The 26-year-old has managed to find the back of the net five times across two seasons thus far.
With the lack of depth in central defenders at the very moment as a result of the reoccurring injuries of Danilo and Daniele Ruggani, Juventus are eager to avoid the potential departure of their top performing center-back for a low-ball transfer fee in the near future.
