Bayern Munich and Thomas Müller have agreed upon a new deal which will see him further extend his contract at the club, according to Sport Bild.
Müller’s current contract was due to expire in June 2024, but both parties have been working on a potential one-year extension for some time.
With everything now in place, all there is left to do is for Müller to sign on the dotted line. An official announcement is expected by the club later this week.
Müller is a shining example of Bayern Munich, and it’s no surprise to see the 34-year-old further extend his time at the club. Despite playing more from off the bench in recent years, Müller’s impact both on and off the pitch is felt every day.
A charismatic and affable player to have in the changing rooms, Müller, you feel, will always be indispensable to Bayern Munich.
