Several Bundesliga teams are monitoring Wolves striker Fabio Silva this winter, with the payer likely to leave, according to Wolves correspondent Liam Keen.
The Portugal U21 international has lacked play time under Gary O’Neil this season, with the likes of Hwang Hee-Chan, Matheus Cunha, and Pedro Neto all showing fine form during the first half of the campaign.
As per the report, SC Freiburg are keen on the youngster’s signature, whilst fellow Bundesliga outfits VfL Wolfsburg, Union Berlin, Eintracht Frankfurt, and Borussia Mönchengladbach are also keeping tabs on Silva.
If a deal is agreed for the 21-year-old, the most likely option would be a loan for the remainder of the season with a potential option-to-buy clause.
Silva has experienced plenty of joy during loan spells last season with Anderlecht and Feyenoord. However, he has never quite managed to replicate that in old gold.
At only 21 and having already experienced joy on the continent, Silva could be worth a gamble for several German sides this winter.
