Barcelona and Leeds United are close to finalising a deal for Raphinha, according to journalist Gerard Romero.
The fee for the winger will be in the region of €60m. Barça and the player have agreed a salary of €6m net per season.
Romero reports that Barça have agreed to pay the Premier League club for Raphinha in three installments.
Earlier this week, Chelsea had reached an agreement with Leeds for the Brazil international but Barcelona are now set to come to an agreement with the Elland Road outfit. The 25-year-old has also rejected an offer from Newcastle.
The player’s agent, Deco, has been at the Camp Nou offices this week to discuss the future of the player, who prefers a move to Barcelona.
Since moving to Leeds from French side Rennes in October 2020, Raphinha has impressed for the Yorkshire club, scoring 17 Premier League goals in 65 appearances, including a penalty on the final day of the 2021-22 campaign that helped the Elland Road outfit stay in the top flight.
His current deal at Leeds expires in the summer of 2024.
