Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel was full of praise for Harry Kane ahead of Wednesday’s clash with Galatasaray.

Harry Kane has hit the ground running in Germany following his summer move from Tottenham to Bayern Munich, scoring 17 goals in his first 14 games for the club, including three hat-tricks in the Bundesliga.

Ahead of Wednesday’s Champions League clash with Galatsaray, Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel explained how impressed he’s been with Kane’s start to life in Munich.

“His performances cannot be praised highly enough. It’s the first change of club for him. He’s a family man, it’s not just a change for him – it’s a huge step,” Tuchel told reporters.

“It was always clear to me what he could do. It was clear that he could do it on any pitch in the world. But there are so many unknowns with a move like this that you can’t take it for granted.

“It’s just great. He’s doing what he’s always done. He’s a great guy and a great athlete.”
