According to MD via Sky Italia, José Mourinho will not remain at AS Roma when his current contract, which expires at the end of the season, comes to an end.
Roma are reportedly not planning to offer the Portuguese coach, who joined Roma in the summer of 2021, a contract renewal.
After a poor start to Serie A in 2023-24, Roma are 10th in the table, 10 points behind Milan (leaders) and six points away from the Champions League places. In 2022-23, the Portuguese coach’s side finished 6th, qualifying for the Europa League.
Mourinho, 60, has managed Benfica, Leiria, FC Porto, Chelsea, Inter, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Tottenham and was a former assistant coach at FC Barcelona. Under Mourinho, Roma won the 2021-22 Conference League.
