Marca report that Clément Lenglet has given the green light to a move to Tottenham.
Barcelona are now closer to reaching an agreement with the Premier League side for the loan signing of Lenglet for next season.
Talks are at an advanced stage and the defender has already told the Catalan club that his decision is to go to London after the option of Roma was ruled out as Jose Mourinho was not fully behind the move.
Lenglet has chosen Tottenham after considering other possibilities with the English team playing Champions League football next season a key factor behind his decision.
Antonio Conte is counting on the player and has let the Frenchman know that he sees him being a good fit at Spurs.
The terms of the player’s move still have to be resolved as Barcelona initially wanted to sell the centre-back and the two parties have to decide how to pay his wages over the coming season.
