Several reports claim that Bayern Munich’s bid to sign Joao Palhinha has collapsed. Trevoh Chalobah and Armel Bella-Kotchap will not be joining either, per Sky Germany.
Fulham’s João Palhinha will not be joining Bayern Munich after all.
According to several reports, the deal has fallen through, most likely because Fulham couldn’t find a suitable replacement for the defensive midfielder.
Bayern had agreed a fee with Fulham and a five-year contract with Palhinha, who was awaiting the green light after passing his medical in Munich. However, it’s now clear that the transfer is off.
According to Sky Germany, neither Chelsea’s Trevoh Chalobah nor Southampton’s Armel Bella-Kotchap will join Bayern either.
Apparently, the Bavarians couldn’t get any of the deals done before the transfer deadline.
