Milan striker Divock Origi is set to join Premier League side Nottingham Forest on a loan deal and Luka Jovic will replace him.
Origi has been linked with a move away from the Rossoneri this summer but was struggling to attract offers throughout the winter. Burnley have been linked with a move for the Belgian but the transfer didn’t materialise.
Sky Italia have stated that a move to Forest is now set to go through, with the player having previously travelled to the UK to find a new club on deadline day and that is now happening. He is already undergoing a medical with the Premier League side, who have sealed a move for Ibrahim Sangare already.
The Belgian’s medical is in progress, as he joins the club on a loan deal with Forest having the option to buy him permanently in the summer of 2024. To replace Origi, Milan are signing Luka Jovic from Fiorentina already and the Serbian is in Milan to complete the switch.
