Everton are closing in on the possibility of signing Udinese striker Beto, who has been linked with a host of major Italian sides.
Recently, Everton made an offer for the striker as they continued their chase for a centre-forward and Gianluca di Marzio has reported that the Toffees are really close to landing the player, who is currently 25.
Everton have now put forward €30 million and bonuses for the player and that could be enough to seal the deal, with Udinese having previously demanded more when the Liverpool-based club had offered €25 million and bonuses of €5 million. The gap between the two parties is now slim and Everton only need to make a small amount of effort to seal the deal and agree a fee with the Friuli-based outfit.
Napoli have been linked with a move for the striker in the past and they saw him as a replacement for Victor Osimhen, who ended up staying at the club. Inter were also linked with the Portuguese.
