Bild reports that Eintracht Frankfurt will reject PSG’s first offer for striker Randal Kolo Muani and the club will continue to hold out until they receive their desired fee.
The first offer for Kolo Muani is expected to be around €65m but Frankfurt wants close to €100m and will not allow the striker to leave until they receive such a fee.
Even with his future up in the air, Kolo Muani will still be a part of the squad and is expected to play in Frankfurt’s Bundesliga opener against Darmstadt today. However, it is feasible that the game against Darmstadt will be Kolo Muani’s last for Frankfurt.
A potential replacement for the 24-year-old is PSG’s Hugo Ekitke. The 21-year-old has failed to impress during his time in the capital and could be used as part of the deal to acquire Kolo Muani. Frankfurt had also shown interest in Elye Wahi but the 20-year-old is close to joining RC Lens in Ligue 1.
