Wataru Endo has completed his move from VfB Stuttgart to Liverpool FC.

VfB Stuttgart have confirmed the departure of club captain Wataru Endo, who joins Liverpool on a permanent basis.
“It was a tough decision to leave VfB just before the start of the season. I wouldn’t have left for just any club, but I hope VfB fans understand that I want to grasp this unique opportunity to play for Liverpool in the Premier League,” Endo is quoted as saying by VfB Stuttgart.
“The fact that VfB have given their blessing is something I don’t take for granted and I’m grateful for it. I’d like to thank my team-mates, staff, coaches and of course the fantastic fans for an unforgettable time at VfB. It was always an honor to lead VfB onto the pitch as captain and I’ll always carry Stuttgart in my heart.”
The 30-year-old Japanese midfielder joined Stuttgart four years ago and made 133 appearances for the club.
