Inter are keen on signing Arsenal’s Folarin Balogun but their valuation of the striker is still short of the Gunners’ demand.
Sky Italia have reported that Balogun is now Inter’s first choice for the striker’s role, especially after Gianluca Scamacca all but sealed a move to Atalanta recently.
An agreement between Inter and Arsenal is yet to be found though. Arsenal want €40 million for the striker, but Inter are offering an initial €25 million plus bonuses of €5 million for the player and it is the same offer which was made to West Ham for Scamacca. Inter have offered a high resale percentage to the Gunners.
It remains to be seen if Arsenal accept the initial offer or not. But apart from Balogun, who recently posted a Ronaldo story from his time at Inter, Udinese’s Beto also remains on the shortlist for the Nerazzurri. He is Inter’s first alternative to Balogun.
