Former Inter striker Romelu Lukaku has revealed that he doesn’t believe that a potential move to Juventus will go through this summer.
The Nerazzurri have already pulled out of the move for the Belgian, who had stopped responding the club’s calls. Inter’s Curva Nord has already issued a scathing criticism of the striker, who now seems keen on joining the Bianconeri in what would be a sensational turn of events.
With Lukaku currently stuck at Chelsea, he was recently involved in a TikTok video that La Gazzetta dello Sport relayed on their website. In the website, a fan asks the striker to never say ‘Forza Juve’ when he joins the Old Lady later this summer but to this, Lukaku responded: “No, no … I don’t think the deal will go through.”
Juve need to sell players to sign Lukaku and they would have to especially move on Dusan Vlahovic to have a chance of affording a move for the Belgian. As things stand, it remains uncertain whether the 30-year-old would actually end up in Turin or not, having rejected attempts from Saudi Arabian clubs as well.
