Kicker reports that Bayern Munich are ready to pay more than €100m for Harry Kane as the club sees him as a top priority.
Abendzeitung reports that Tottenham want at least €117m for Kane and Bayern know that it will be expensive to bring the 29-year-old to the club, but they are ready to pay more than €100m for the striker due to the fact he is the clubs dream player and they also need a world-class striker.
Bayern are set to meet again with Daniel Levy to discuss the transfer fee and it is entirely possible that a breakthrough in the negotiations could be reached by the end of the week.
The 29-year-old and Bayern have already agreed on personal terms on a deal and while Kane is on Tottenham’s pre-season tour in Asia, his wife has reportedly travelled to Munich.
Kane’s contract at Tottenham expires next summer and Tottenham are reluctant to lose their record goalscorer for free next summer so are adamant that they will sell the striker this summer if he does not sign a contract extension.
