According to Sports Zone, Paris Saint-Germain’s President Nasser Al-Khelaifi has met with Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah (30) in Morocco.
PSG are currently working on their transfer window plans, and are wanting to maximise their options. Les Parisiens look set to complete deals for Manuel Ugarte and Sergio Asensio, whilst they are also targeting Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva. Salah is one of the players that Al Khelaifi has sounded out to gauge his interest in a potential move.
Since the World Cup in Qatar, there has been persistent contact between Salah and Al Khelaifi, according to Sports Zone. During the tournament earlier in the season, Al Khelaifi suggested that Salah could replace Lionel Messi, who will join Inter Miami this summer. The exact content of the discussion is not yet known, however, any move looks difficult to pull off. Salah was happy to entertain Al Khelaifi’s approach, without necessarily agreeing with the PSG president.
