Werder Bremen are exploring the possibility of bringing Naby Keita back to the Bundesliga, according to Bild.
The former RB Leipzig midfielder is available on a free transfer as his contract with Liverpool expires this summer.
Liverpool paid a whopping €60 million to sign Keita from RB Leipzig back in 2018.
He went on to make a total of 129 appearances for the club, scoring 11 goals and providing seven assists.
Last season, Keita was limited to just 13 appearances in all competitions.
