VfL Wolfsburg are said to be closing in on their second signing of the summer, with Vaclav Cerny apparently set to join the club from Twente.

Czech winger Vaclav Cerny is set to join VfL Wolfsburg from FC Twente, according to De Telegraaf.
According to the Dutch publication, the 25-year-old has agreed a four-year contract with Wolfsburg.
A basic fee of between 6 and 7 million euros is on the table, with further bonuses possible.
The Czech Republic international was a key player for Twente last season, scoring 15 goals and providing 13 assists in 40 appearances.
Cerny is set to become Wolfsburg’s second signing of the summer following the arrival of Swiss center-back Cedric Zesiger from Young Boys.
