Declan Rice can imagine a move to Bayern Munich, according to Florian Plettenberg.
The England international has undergone talks in London with Bayern representatives. The talks have gone well and the West Ham United midfielder has given the impression that he can envision a move to the Bundesliga.
Bayern now want to make the next steps and propose an official bid for the 24-year-old. The main driving force behind the transfer and persuading Rice is said to be head coach Thomas Tuchel.
Arsenal are the other hot candidates to secure Rice’s signature. In recent days it had been reported that the Englishman would prefer a move within the Premier League. However, the lure of Bayern and working under Tuchel may have turned the tide in the Bavarian’s favour.
The Rekordmeister would also be willing to pay the entire package to sign Rice, which should be just below €100m, but will face competition from Arsenal to the end you feel.
