Multiple reports claim that Werder Bremen have signed Dawid Kownacki from Fortuna Düsseldorf.

It only seems to be a matter of time before Werder Bremen will announce the signing of Dawid Kownacki.
According to Bild and Deichstube, Werder have completed the signing of the 26-year-old Fortuna Düsseldorf striker.
Kownacki is even said to have signed a long-term contract with the Bundesliga outfit.
Since the Poland international’s contract expires this summer, he can join Werder free of charge.
According to reports, Freiburg, Gladbach, Union Berlin and Freiburg also showed interest in the striker.
