Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris could treble his salary by accepting offer from Saudi Arabia

Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has reportedly been offered a very lucrative deal from Saudi Arabia.

The Frenchman is currently on £100,000-a-week wages at Spurs but he could treble his salary if he decides to play in the Saudi Pro League next season.

The 36-year-old is expected to leave the English club this summer, with his current deal expiring in June 2024.

The North London outfit recently confirmed he has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to a thigh injury he sustained during their 6-1 loss at Newcastle United last month.

They are expected to sign a new goalkeeper this summer, which could prompt him to look for a new club.

According to The Times, Lloris has been offered a deal to play in Saudi Arabia next season that would treble his salary.

It is said that the France international is ready for a new challenge after spending more than ten years in England.

Lloris joined Tottenham in the summer of 2012 from Lyon, and he has since made 447 senior appearances for the club.

He has been a loyal servant for Spurs over the years and he should be remembered as a club legend.

The experienced goalkeeper has committed occasional mistakes that proved very costly for the Lilywhites.

But he has been a consistent performer known for his brilliant reflexes and excellent decision-making.

The 36-year-old is also comfortable with the ball at his feet and is particularly good in one-on-one situations.
