Milan’s Rafael Leao has a release clause worth €150 million in his current Rossoneri contract.
Daniele Longo has reported about Leao’s situation, following the Portuguese’s hat-trick of assists in Milan’s 3-0 win over Sassuolo that helped them clinch the Scudetto.
The report claims that Milan have been working to hand him a renewal as soon as they can and they believe that a renewal can become a sign of strength. But at the time of the player’s move from Lille to Milan, a clause of €150 million was inserted in Leao’s contract.
And Milan want that price tag to be met, if a club wants to sign the winger. Multiple European clubs have been in touch with Jorge Mendes to seek information about the ex-Lille player but as things stand, Milan remain confident of handing him a new deal. Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with the player in recent months.
