Sky Germany claims that Timo Baumgartl and Union Berlin will part ways this summer when the defender’s loan deal expires.

Timo Baumgartl will leave Union Berlin at the end of the season, according to Sky Germany.
The German capital club have a €2 million release clause on the PSV loanee, which will not be activated, as per the report.
It’s further claimed that Baumgartl would be allowed to leave for €1.5 million this summer, with his youth club VfB Stuttgart said to be interested in bringing him back.
Italian clubs are also said to be monitoring the center back, but he would reportedly prefer to stay in the Bundesliga.
