Will Wolves winger and Spanish international Adama Traoré (27) be the latest player drawn by the riches of the Saudi Pro League? According to a report from Foot Mercato, Saudi 1st division league leaders Al-Ittihad would like to recruit the former FC Barcelona youth product. Traoré has played for the Wolverhampton-based side since 2018. The pacy and physical right-sided winger has scored 14 goals and registered 20 assists during his time at Wolves. He was loaned to Barcelona for a 6-month stint in 2022.
This season, the 27-year-old has seen his playing time dwindling following a run of poor performances. Traoré has started only 10 Premier League games with the Julen Lopetegui-led side. He has found the back of the net just three times in 34 games played in all competitions. The 27-year-old will be a free agent next June. It remains to be seen whether Traoré would like to stay in the Premier League or entertain a new challenge overseas.
