Borussia Dortmund will be bosted by the return of Karim Adeyemi for their clash with Union Berlin.

Karim Adeyemi is set to return to the Borussia Dortmund squad for Saturday’s Bundesliga clash with Union Berlin after a spell on the sidelines.

The forward, who last played in February, would already have been an option for Wednesday’s 2-0 DFB-Pokal defeat at RB Leipzig had he not been suspended.

“Adeyemi will come back after being suspended in the Pokal,” revealed BVB coach Edin Terzic at a press conference today.

Thomas Meunier and Sebastien Haller could be back in the squad as well, while Nico Schlotterbeck and Julien Duranville remain sidelined.

“Schlotterbeck and Duranville will not be there. Meunier and Haller have trained individually and are expected to be in the final training session,” said Terzic.
