Adrien Rabiot on potential PSG return: “There is nothing special, I hear a lot of noise.”

Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot has recently responded to questions regarding his future whilst on international duty with France, specifically a potential move to Paris Saint-Germain after his contract with Juventus ends in the summer. In an interview with Saber Desfarges on Téléfoot, Rabiot stated that his focus is solely on finishing the current season with Juventus and that he does not consider PSG to be anything special.

When Desfarges asked Rabiot about the possibility of him returning to PSG, Rabiot responded by saying, “PSG, there’s nothing special about [the link], I hear a lot of noise”. Rabiot went on to reiterate that he is “fully focused” on the current season with Juventus and that he intends to honour his contract with the club until the end of the season.

Rabiot began his professional career at PSG and spent six seasons with the club before departing for Juventus in 2019. Whilst the Italian club are reportedly working on extending the Frenchman’s contract, his future is no clearer. In an interview, transcribed by Fabrizio Romanothe France international has said that playing in the Champions League next season is a “crucial point” in deciding where he plays.
