Multiple reports claim that Bayer Leverkusen have won the race to sign 20-year-old Arthur.

Bayer Leverkusen have agreed to sign 20-year-old Brazilian right-back Arthur, according to Fabrizio Romano and Kicker.
The young America-MG defender’s medical is expected to go through a medical in the next couple of days before penning a contract until 2028.
Bayer Leverkusen will reportedly pay around 6-7 million, with a resale clause also said to be part of the deal.
Arthur made his debut for the Brazilian national team a week ago and has also been linked with Wolfsburg and Frankfurt.
