According to Sport1, Omar Marmoush will join Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer on a free transfer once his contract at Wolfsburg expires.
Marmoush has already completed his medical at Frankfurt. The Egyptian was not only convinced to join Frankfurt due to the financial aspect but he was also impressed with the fans of Frankfurt. Marmoush could be a replacement for Jesper Lindstrøm who could leave in the summer.
The 24-year-old has decided against signing a new contract with Wolfsburg. While Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Mönchengladbach were also in the running for the Egyptian however were outdone by Frankfurt in the negotiations.
This season Marmoush has played 25 times for Wolfsburg scoring five and assisting once as well. Recently the 24-year-old has been able to play in his favoured position as a centre forward. He can also play as a winger having played on the left and right earlier on in the season.
