Following Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting’s recent contract extension with Bayern Munich, Lucas Hernandez and Alphonso Davies are expected to follow suit, according to Sport Bild.
Hernandez’s negotiations for a new contract beyond 2024 are said to be in the home stretch.
Next in line is likely to be Davies, who is currently tied to the club until 2025. The Canadian international’s agent recently held talks with the club over his client’s future, with both parties optimistic that an agreement will be reached, according to the report.
It’s also claimed that Bayern are planning to sit down with out-of-form winger Leroy Sané in the summer. The Germany international is under contract until 2025 and will likely need to improve his performances for an extension to be considered.
