Christopher Nkunku has suffered an injury setback ahead of RB Leipzig’s Champions League round of 16 clash with Manchester City tomorrow.
The French international only completed parts of the final training session, as he felt a muscle issue. He’s therefore a doubt for tomorrow’s game.
“Staff will observe how things develop over the next 24 hours,” said the club in a statement.
Nkunku made his return from a long-term injury in Leipzig’s 3-0 victory over Wolfsburg on Saturday, coming on from the bench in the second half.
