Borussia Dortmund have officially unveiled the signing of 16-year-old Belgian youngster Julien Duranville.
Duranville, who made his professional debut for Anderlecht at the age of 16 years and five days, has signed a long-term deal with ‘Die Schwarzgelben’.
“We are very happy that Julien and his family have great confidence in us and that he will wear our colours from now on. Julien is a fast, technically strong and creative winger in whom we see great potential,” said BVB sporting director Sebastian Kehl, who added:
“In the coming years, we want to work together to raise this potential and drive his development – just as we have proven many times in the past with young talents. Our main focus now is to integrate Julien into our professional squad and the new environment as quickly as possible and to introduce him step by step to the level of the Bundesliga.”
