Milan are confident about sealing their contract renewal for Rafael Leao and the Rossoneri can now clearly see the finish line of this saga.
Daniele Longo has now reported that Leao has not been distracted by the rumours surrounding him in the transfer window and he has expressed a clear preference to stay with Milan. This indication is rather decisive in the saga of renewal, which has been going on for months now.
One of Leao’s lawyers Ted Dimvula is expected to arrive in Milan soon, with Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara looking to reach an agreement with him. They have already spoken to Antonio Leao, Rafael’s father, regarding a new deal and he seems happy enough.
The meeting is scheduled for when Milan return from Saudi Arabia after the Supercoppa Italiana and these are now decisive times, with the Rossoneri having offered €7 million per season in a deal that will expire in 2027 to the Portuguese and they’re quite confident that he will sign him.
